Well I won a progressive plus some other winnings $5,500 - it was a head ache just to receive my money. Sent documents in and got denied and asked for other documents. In the end I just spent the money in casino where it could of paid of study fees or went towards medical expenses. Returned to Royal Vegas after 12 months as thoughts would give them another chance. Please dont go near them or realise they have a LOT of games that never pay out eg What a Hoot low payout game spent 1400 and never got more than 50 dollars twice. I (like many others it seems) have had very negative experiences when it comes to making withdrawals.Extremely frustrating.The customer support through chat is very, very poor.Recently wanted to withdraw $850.My cc showed in the bank as a withdrawal method.I used it. Didnt work. Had to contact customer service. Took about an hour to have someone tell me withdrawals dont work to debit cards. I said its a credit card not a debit card. Didnt matter to the support person, they had no other answer for me.I had to try something else so I asked if there were any fees using Swift. I was told No. There are absolutely no fees to use Swift to withdraw. Great. Later when I went to make the withdrawal I chatted again and asked again...Any fees using Swift? No they said, no fees. Great. So I did the $850 and only $815 was deposited to my bank.It took 2.5 weeks and over 2 hours of my time for support to NOT provide me with an answer on where that money went.They just kept claiming it was my bank that charged me.I told them, there is no charge for $35 on my bank statement.The money never got to my bank.On the last chat I had, The guy came back after 30 minutes and said, David, from our side we paid the full 850 I replied - Yes I have understood that right from the start. I know that you paid out $850 but the problem is – I only received $835. My question has always been - Why did RV tell me there were no fees to withdrawal using Swift when clearly there are fees? Why would you do that? Why wouldnt you just tell me there would be a fee? The only reason it has one star is because you have to give at least one star before you can submit a review. Customer service is really terrible. After looking at some of the other reviews, it seems that is a problem for a lot of the players. I would suggest that these people that work in customer service should be given some training and if that doesnt help give them their walking papers. The wait time of LIVE CHAT is a joke. When I finally gave up and sent an email instead I was told too much time had passed had to do it within minutes of deposit. Very hard to do if you cant get a response from Live Chat in that time, and response to emails is 24 - 48 hours. I would not recommend Royal Vegas Casino to anyone.

The treatment by the staff was horrible, I was inquiring about the promo they had going where you continue to play into casino earning points and youd get the do the Halloween witch wall to the house and every time youd get closer. Won $20k, after my initial withdrawal passed the (over) 48hr pending period I was contacted by phone to provide documents, which I did within 15min of the call. A pop up kept appearing telling me to submit same documents, and so I called support and they said that it was ok, pop up would disappear... then a few hours later I received an email stating: Since we still have not received all of your required verification documents, we have reversed your recent withdrawal back to your gaming account. As soon as we receive and approve your documentation, you may request another withdrawal it will be processed without delay. Like I said, this was merely hours after the (over) 48hrs it took my withdrawal to pass the pending period and AFTER I had submitted the required documents via email to the same casino rep who called me. Ive NEVER played at a casino where they return funds to your account AFTER the initial reversible period! Typically this was now wednesday, it would have to be pending again for another 48hrs, which is obviously where they want you to blow all the money! So friday afternoon in Sth Africa (where theyre based) rolls around and surprise surprise, I now had to wait until their Monday before anything would happen! It really is so dishonest. They know that youre probably a big gambler and therefore incredibly likely to spend that money and not have anything left to collect.. In the end I cashed out just over $5k, but of course they have a ridiculous rule Ive not encountered anywhere else where you can only receive $5k a week of any amount you withdraw. I joined Royal Vegas awhile ago but only just recently deposited. I had some luck and won $6500 which was great. I requested my withdrawal and couldnt recall if I had previously verified myself? So I contacted live chat to ask where I send my documents to so as I could begin the process if I hadnt already. Both times after stating my question I was put on hold receiving the same message over and over sorry for the delay I will be with u in a minute this went on for nearly half an hour until I finally gave up. I finally after my fourth attempt got through to someone who told me that I would have to watch my email for any updates and if any documents were needed I would be contacted. I couldnt understand why they could not like any other casino tell me if they were needed or not finally after 24 nearly 48 hours later I received an email saying I needed to upload my documents. I did so it has now been over 24 hours and nearing the 48hours and I still have not received notification as to whether they have been excepted. This casino is the dodgiest casino that i have come across. I opened an account at royal vegas over 2 years ago and it was one of the 1st casinos to go mobile so i used to deposit a few times a week and play mermaids millions, mega moolah and tomb raider on my iphone everyday. Customer Service is beyond terrible and rude. Trying to get a $100 cash withdrawl is like pulling teeth. Both chats to customer service took over 30mins for simple requests like the verification / withdrawl procedure etc... AVOID at all costs so many better online casinos. After spending quite some. Money over time on royal Vegas as well as sister casinos I have recently attempted my first withdrawal and am not impressed to say the least. Chat staff are in no way interested in helping solve any issues, concerns or disputes and are plain rude. Pending and processing time is more than I was originally advised and keep getting told untrue and false answers as to when my withdrawal will be complete as an attempt to temporarily keep me happy. Way too long for a withdrawal and what makes it so much worse is to be told wrong or misleading information by rude untrained staff who are mostly not helpful. When messaged via whatsapp three times I got no reply and when called several times not one time did anybody pick up the phone. More than disappointing.

Ever since I lost VIP status from not playing (VIP service was excellent), regular customer support is not great. Inquiring about how much wagering I have left to clear my bonus was pretty much impossible with several people giving me all different numbers (ranging from $5000 - 100,000). Live chat is completely useless. Honestly, the support there is laughable with replies completely unrelated to my questions. I eventually just gave up with my inquiry and played a boat load of slots until I managed to clear it (by making sure I had no bonus balance left). Would easily be 10 stars if they got their support in order.

When I asked for email confirming that I was on self exclusion list at Microgaming, no one from Royal Vegas replied to my request I am very disappointed as I was given wrong information and was indeed able to gamble at another casino (Microgaming). Never recieved my money. I completed wager 50x When I asked in a chat help they have excuse not to gave me money by saying account mistake, not going through, waiting time 4-7 business days then other email and slow chatting response time even 30 min.
