The customer service is terrible. The staff cannot speak very good English, so it proves to be exhausting when you telephone them. They take an eternity to respond to emails and there seems to be no live help available. The 4 business day pending is horrendous! Why the 4 business days - I thought most casinos worked on a 24/7 basis? Nope, it seems if you withdraw on a Wednesday your money will sit in the reverse winnings option until the following Tuesday, and even then it takes a further 3/7 days for the winnings to be paid. There customer service is very poor it is taking 48 hours or more to receive a reply. This casino is one of the worse ones in terms of taking money but not wanting to pay anything back. There are a few reasons why I dont play often in this casino The first and main reason is their live chat support. Their live chat support is incredibly slow. When you ask for help and contact them you will often have to wait for 15-30 minutes for an operator to come online. I guess the reason for that is the big number of customers they have but I dont have the patience to wait for an operator for so long. Where to start. I think they do not promote nor operate supportive gambling practice with the withdrawal system they insist on having. After playing again at William Hill for several months now, I realised that getting a win from this casino was a lot harder than at some other Playtech casinos, playing the same few favourite games of mine.
