I think if I signed up with Mr Green today I would be much more likely to continue playing there, but I guess there wasnt a lot that stood out to me at the time about this casino to convert me into a regular player. Well, really too much: - min. withdraw is 30 € (lol....but deposits of 10 € are ok). - slots have a low rtp ( I played a while, so i know what I say, and not on one slot..on different types and theyre all running the same way). - let you deposit via Neteller and banktransfer, but then you must withdraw trough your bank account, cause they say its the most recent deposit, whatever this should mean. Withdrawals are not as fast and easy as their policy makes you believe. However, the wording of the policy is quite vague We aim to review all withdrawal requests within 24 hours. I have requested a withdrawal 3 days ago but it is not yet processed. After I uploaded document after document, as they require you to verify every payment method youve used in the past 6 month plus a Utility bill and a picture of my passport. Verifying your identity and account, only takes a few minutes of your time. Again the wording! It only talks about how much time you will need for this process. :) but when reading it one could think that its really easy and will only take minutes. all together. Ive played quite a few different places and this is the one in def wouldnt return to. Deposited £25 and got the bonus. At one point had £160 and wouldnt have liked. To withdraw (other sites let you withdraw If you forfeit the bonus) but I couldnt so carried on and lost the lot. At the end instill had over £900 of wagering to go even though Id played about £300 so pretty impossible. The only thing that ever won over the stake amount were the bonus games which hardly came about. Not enough to sustain the wagering requirements. I also had the free 100 spins. Won about £30 on those but again wagering was showing at over £1000 on 100 spins so lost that as well. Wouldnt waste anymore on this site now as theres much better.

The artificial reasons to postpone payments. They asked to validate my id and address (no reason, they have updated information, as matter of fact, I had to resent the same passport), then they rejected an updated Home Safety Services bill (from a leader company) due to is invalid. After I sent two more proofs, apparently with no objection, they reset the count the delayed days again. Then I received the explanation: this happens due to the payment department huge backlog. Poor people...it sounds like they have such overload that they cannot even say OK to pay their users..or they have only a couple of guys doing the job. Nobody is being fooled: they got directions to keep the money as long as they can and the call center guys have to attempt to give sweet explanations. Thats the worst part: the annoying way to receive stupid answers from people who do not have any idea about when they will pay. Just pearls like Our payments team are solely focusing on clearly all pending withdrawals at the moment so should receive and update soon or our main interest is our winners get their money soon, etc.Just clichés to keep the claimer waiting. Customer services differs per person. Todays representative gave me the feeling I am a pain in the ass. The case: I transferred 100 euro to my casino account but the amount was not shown. The casino representative immediately advised me to contact my bank, not even checking with their financial department. So I did and have bank prove that my payment was successful. Absolutely horrible withdrawal policy. The most important part of any good Casino. Ive made withdrawals before on Mr Green but on Wednesday I hit a bigger win and decided to withdraw 1400 eur. Well on Friday noon, after 72 hrs Im still waiting after sending them confidential documents that I wouldnt send to anyone. I have to beg any information from the agents and they are just giving vague responses considering waiting this long to be normal. Some of them are absolutely cocky and almost adding injury to the insult. One of my emails I didnt even get a response. I think Mr Green is one of the most professional online gambling site Ive discovered so far. I could see from the layout that its not just any dodgy company but trustable one. Requested a withdrawal and sent ID and POA. After that, they requested Cards which I deposited with. I sent them the cards and they didnt accept them because on the card were visible the first 7 Digits and not the first 6... So it was problem for them they saw 1 more digit (7 instead of 6). What I dont understand!! I dont understand this why is support agents so unprofessional. In chat Ive talked with the agent he told me if Ill make next deposit then Ill get 30% bonus. Awful payouts - slots seem awfully tight having played numerous video slots by a variety of software developers cant get William Interactive slots and certain Microgaming to load properly, (yet they load fine when I play on Ladbrokes.) This is a very candid precis of my experience with playing at Mr Green. I have been an on and off player at Mr Green for about two years. Call me superstitious but I never felt entirely comfortable playing at this casino ever since an opening run of bad luck (I am a medium-high roller generally and play mostly video slots). Back in August this year I decided to go back to Mr Green to see if it was just beginners bad luck I experienced the first time around. As of this week (Sept 9th) I will no longer be throwing my money at this casino. Have played a huge variety of their slots from standard 10 payline Wild West, Dragons Treasure, all the way up to the more sophisticated 40+ line games such as Merlins Millions, Merlins Magic Respins Titan Storm, Medusa 2 (243 way), Miss White/Red, you name it, Ive played it, over numerous (15+) sessions lasting on average 4-6 hours, with several days break in between. No matter what strategy I use, be it minimum level bet over a large number of spins or alternating between low/increased stake every 50-75 spins, none of their slots seem to want to pay out (yes, I realize they are designed that way!), but it just reached the point where I was no longer enjoying my gaming sessions and expected to lose regardless. Hitting the bonus Free Spins rounds has become ever more elusive. Annoyingly, on the odd occasion I managed to get the free spins bonus the total payout was not worth the investment of achieving the bonus round. I just feel like a cat chasing its tail playing on Mr Green, something I did not experience with other reputable online casinos. Even slots considered by posted reviewers to be low variance proved to be very tight. There is hardly any bonus available, or they are not worth the hassle. The last couple of weeks my withdrawals have also slowed down I withdrew some of my winnings on Thursday evening and it was still pending Friday afternoon. Decided to reverse withdrawal, lost more than half of my winnings, now waiting for the bit but its pending again since last night (over 12 hrs). I received my first 100% welcome bonus as advertised. While I was chatting with one of the representative (initial K), I asked whether I would receive my second bonus and how much, she said 100%. A bunch of favorite games disappeared. Kronos, Zeus, some games are even changed completely from interface and / or play. It seems to me that Mr Green is probably trying to get rid of any external supplier of games from 3rd parties. The bad part is that if they dont change this very soon Ill have to find another casino that offers these games. I have a feeling that I am being compensated along the playing of games as well. With being compensated I mean, if Id have a 3 day losing streak I get booted from 50 deposit up to 1400 on various games in total. And it seems to hit a wall from there. Case Number: 01315979 Result of issue: Account blocked, Withdrawal of £200 pending But the issue that I must address openly involves the verification process. It started off when I decided to deposit money onto my MG account, from a bank account that wasnt previously used before. That transaction went through. But as I tried to withdraw using the first method I used on the website (paypal), they said it was unacceptable. Due to potential, criminal ventures such as money laundering. So I used the card previously deposited from, to withdrawal my winnings. From then on there was a section of the account for document upload. This was for me to send specific evidence of my identification i.e passport among other things. Anything else otherwise would be rejected on the document upload webpages. And as my passport was expired I knew it would not be accepted. And so I contacted the customer support via email. I told them my situation and they contacted the payments team for further consultation. The payments team had said they needed details of my cards (back to front) I used for my MG account. As well as proof of address, my paypal account, bank statement, identification (passport, birth certificate). I would give them pictures of the cards from my 8megapixel phone and they say they were too blurry. They wanted proof that Iam in the U.K, via a government statement. I gave them a screenshot of my universal credit details which is on the official government website (and it shows). Which the payments team accepted. I gave them my passport and birth certificate and they accepted the birth certificate. They would say the front sides of the cards is ok but the back isnt. Then they needed the front sides of the cards again. I gave them photographs of the cards, but they wanted them in original copies. I gave them scanned original copies, they wanted original pictures. ? Now as I try to log into my account to find out about my pending £200 withdrawal, it blocks me and says to contact customer support. I was expecting a reply from customer support on the outcome but did not receive it. So I had to call numerous times. And more or less, I was given the same answer - they are onto it.. And then the last worker said the payment team needed identification. If I had not called full stop I would not know this and would have to wait for more than a day. Two hours after the call and still no email reply. Now Iam personally irritated as the people responsible which I assume is payments team, is not treating my case seriously. I can personally say Im not a fraud. Someone within that department has to realize the gathering information given should conclude that Iam a British citizen with my own bank accounts. And assumptions of criminal activity is excessively thinking away from the evidence and logic of my case. I should say customer support have been polite and emphatic through this time. Theres only so much they can do which I understand entirely. Its a shame. This issue should be resolved nonetheless .

Im very disappointed after joining Mr Green with the lack of wins and minimal return, not all the games play, I waited for quite sometime once loading a game, realising it was just going to sit on a black screen, even after the update it seems these things were not fixed. The update also wasnt exciting in any way, Im confused as to what was changed as it seems nothing did. I would not recommend to play here, there was no reward for loyalty and the bonus games gave nothing back. Very disappointed and upset with the lack of service provided here.

The basic facts about this casino is that it is a big scam when it comes to their vip club royale membership. This is the reason: I have now been waiting for over 6 months for their loyalty program. This is still under construction, yet they are advertising it like everything else. I have been a high roller on this casino for many months now. About 1500,- 2000,- euro a week for over 6 months.. Alot of money, I know. The last week I played as usual for about 1700,- euro. And suddenly i got a mail from my vip guy that I have lost my cashback on 10% because it was too little activity. The guy in vip support have not even contacted me personal about this. So the whole vip club royale membership is a big scam to be honest. Well ok. I tried to register a new account here since it is such a recommended casino. I was filling out the sign-up form when I encountered a problem entering my phone number. My country code was already in the drop down box (as was my country) so I entered my phone number but got an error message, I tried without a space with a space etc. At last I entered my country code in front of my number and then it was accepted. I got a message saying the ver. code was sent but I didnt receive it. Then I saw that my phone number had my country code twice in front (invalid of course). I contacted Live Chat and got on to an agent called Tim. I explained my issue then he asked which country I am in, after telling him where ( a South American country) he insisted that according to my IP address I was in a country located in Central America! This is the first time I have ever heard something like this. I repeatedly told him where I was but he stubbornly insisted that I was on another continent although when the sign up form popped up my country was already there and when entering my number my country code was also there. In addition, my country is not on the restricted list of this casino. The agent was absolutely stubborn about it and I was wondering if it was actually a Robot since he kept repeating over and over that I am somewhere else, he has to close my account (when it was never completed in the first place) and asking If I need help with anything else, in a very irritating drone-like robotic manner refusing to at least be helpful, it was like chatting with a brick wall! If they dont want players from my country then they should put in on their list or remove it from the available countries on the sign up form not accuse people of irrational things that dont make sense.

The (general) thing what bothers me the most are these many online casinos which have no verification upon signup or deposit. Its always a tricky question whether your withdrawal, documents and all are going to be accepted. As mentioned before I have a bad experience with other companys which offer a similar gaming experience but not as close as Mr Green. I think it will be a good move for all online casinos to move the verification of documents already at signup rather then the option to deposit without any questions asked. I know it probably limits the amount of signups and people who do deposits without cashing out, but lets make it a better world here for all of us. :) It would be more honest just as a regular casino upon first visit, where verification and all is common daily practice.

I really always check reviews before depositing as I have already been dubbed by other rogue casinos that promise something and dont deliver. Lets face it, Withdrawal times and process are of utmost importance and I have had a hard time with the Grand Ivy so I dont want this re-concurring elsewhere. I have read reviews below that some are having issues on the complaints. A few too many and that is not good. Ridiculous timescales for withdrawals, when you contact live chat or call customer services just say it is with payments team, first withdrawal took over a week to be processed. And I have now recently processed my 2nd withdrawal and they have now 2 days after the initial request decided they want all the validation docs so I have sent these off less than 1 hour after receiving the request, but now waiting again and got the usual response of it is with the payment team, so no doubt will be another few days before the request is even processed. Also this is the only casino/betting website I have ever encountered which charge you for both deposits and withdrawals!! The design is too complicated for me. When I got that site the first time, I was confused about how can I get the list of available games and why I have to read all these texts first.
